  • Meeting for the "PLANT AN OLD GROWTH FOREST PROJECT" on the grounds of the Ignatius Jesuit Centre.
    Monday June 16th 7:00pm
    Orchard Park Office Building (west) at the Ignatius Jesuit Centre.
    This is an opportunity to learn about the project and where your expertise and interests can best fit.
      The Restoration Committee will guide the physical restoration of the forest ecosystem and the ecological research associated with this undertaking. If you are interested in reforestation or forest, stream or wetland ecology this is the committee for you.
      The Development Committee will work to secure funding for various aspects of the project as well raise the profile of the project in the community. If you are interested in fund raising and marketing for an environmental cause, this is the committee for you.
